So, ive been getting bsods when i start my computer or when i come out of hibernation. It's weird though, after i get some in the beginning and restart my computer a few times, i will stop getting bsods until the next time i restart or come out of hibernation.

╖ OS - Vista
╖ x86 (32-bit)
╖ What was original installed OS on system? Vista
╖ Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? OEM
╖ Age of system (hardware) - about 4/5 years, however i changed the graphics card and power supply about a year ago
╖ Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? never reinstalled os

╖ CPU - intel core 2 quad q6700
╖ Video Card - gigabyte hd6770
╖ MotherBoard - Pegatron Corporation Benicia 1.01
╖ Power Supply - not COMPLETELY sure, but if this is needed ill provide it more accurately, my current guess is a Corsair 450W

Recommendations:
You have the following problem device:

Code:
AHXRHOH5 IDE Controller ACPI\PNPA000\4&5D18F2DF&1 39

Did you have Virtual CloneDrive installed at some point? If so, re-install it, unmount all drives, then uninstall it again.

You have old drivers from PC Doctor. Remove all HP utilities and PC Help & Tools software.
PCD5SRVC.pkms Tue Nov 27 21:53:36 2007 (474CF450)

PCD5SRVC.pkms - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Update your USB 2.0 drivers from HP Support.

DRIFERSLusbehci.sys Fri Apr 10 22:42:52 2009 (49E01FCC)

DRIFERSLusbehci.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Crashes point to a conflict with sptd.sys, a DAEMON Tools Lite driver.
Please remove any CD/DVD virtualization software, such as Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%, as they use a driver called sptd.sys that is known to cause BSODs. Use add/remove programs to remove the software. After removing the software, use the sptd.sys uninstaller to remove sptd.sys from the system by choosing to uninstall the software through the installer utility.

I also see avast!, HotSpot Shield, Norton, and Comodo all on the system (or at least remnants of all). Make sure all remnants were removed.
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product

Hotspot Shield Uninstall Instructions

Did problems begin before or after the use of Free Registry Cleaner? It is possible Free Registry Cleaner has damaged your Windows installation and the programs installed beyond repair, in which case, you should restore your system to its factory state.
I do not recommend 3rd party optimization software, especially if it includes registry cleaning. Such software can lead to Windows being unable to boot, damaged restore points, a damaged file system, damaged Windows files, damaged program files, corrupted registry and program installations, and eventually leads to the need to clean install Windows to fix the damage caused by the 3rd party "optimization" algorithms. I would recommend that you remove the software and avoid such software in the future. Hopefully it is not already too late.

In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please follow the steps given by Microsoft Windows developers to Optimize Windows 7 for better performance.

To restore the system to its factory state, backup any important files, and then use the factory recovery discs that you should have made when you first turned on your system many years ago.

Outdated and Problematic Drivers:
You should update/replace/remove the following drivers. Any drivers that are known to cause BSODs, please remove the software or remove the drivers and then remove the device; steps to do so are given after the list of outdated drivers.

To update drivers, make sure to download the drivers from the manufacturer and not using 3rd party programs. Your drivers should be found from your motherboard support site (ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.) or your vendor support site (Dell, HP, Toshiba, Sony, etc.) first. If you have devices you bought yourself, the drivers for those devices need to be downloaded from the manufacturer support site for those devices. If you need help, let us know.

To remove drivers, do so by uninstalling the device or software associated with the driver. Devices can be uninstalled through device manager, and then the device itself should be physically removed from the system if no driver updates are available for the device. If it does not make sense to remove the device, i.e. the device is a motherboard, please ask us for further assistance.

3rd Party Drivers:
The following is for information purposes only. My recommendations were given above. The drivers that follow belong to software or devices that were not developed by Microsoft. Any drivers in red should be updated/replaced/removed. You can find links to the driver information and where to update the drivers in the section after the code box:

Regarding the comment about virtual clone drive, I've never had that installed so im not sure what you would like me to do, should i still attempt to install it, unmount and uninstall?

Regarding the pc doctor part, am i suppose to remove all the preinstalled(software that came with the computer on purchase) HP stuff on my computer? and what do you mean by pc help and tools? cause if those are names of software, i dont see any of those in my programs list, so i couldn't uninstall those.

When i went to the recommended site for the update on my usb drive, there wasn't actually anything there pertaining to the usb drive, so im not really sure where to look now. Also when i googled that driver, there was no such thing...closest one was usbehci.sys, so that was weird.

I uninstalled daemon tools, as well as the spdt.sys.

I got rid of the norton stuff using their uninstaller, however as for hotspot shield, i didnt have that in my program, and the only remnant i found, not looking to deep or anything was a folder called hotspot shield, which was empty.

Regarding your question about when these problems began occuring, i cant remember exactly what i did but it was definetely not the registry cleaner.

I also updated all the drivers that you listed. and or removed them.

Anyways all the changes ive done, require a restart, however currently im reluctant to do so cause i have yet to fix your recommendation on the usb drive, so hopefully you can guide me for that one.

Edit:
Nevermind, I figured it out. You have no updates available for the USB controller, so hopefully that is not a problem going forward. So far, I have no reason to suspect it will be; ignore it for now and restart your system.

After restarting, remove all HP software; PC Doctor is likely a part of one of those programs installed by HP.

Have you ever installed any other virtual drive software other than DAEMON Tools Lite?

How long have you been using the registry cleaner?

I'd love to help, but I cannot since you did not provide your full HP model number.

From your msinfo32 file, we can get some of the model info, but that only narrows it down to 46 possible systems. Which of these is yours?

Alright after i restarted my computer, unforunately i got some more bsods.

I do not believe i have ever installed any virtual device softwares other than daemon, but i might have and just have no recollection of it.

I remember i did use "wise registry cleaner" like a month ago or so maybe less.

Anyways, i uploaded the report thing you had me do at the beginning again, maybe it can help some more.

thank you (:

Your Intel storage drivers are out of date. Please update them from the following link.
Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver Update - HP Pavilion Media Center m8425f Desktop PC | HPо Support

If you still crash with the above, try updating from Intel:
Intelо Driver Update Utility

Weird, i dont know why it still says the driver is out of date cause thats the exact update i installed the first time you told me to update things. Also when i did use that intel site it didnt even detect the storage manager, which was weirdd. Also ive been getting IRQL_not_less_equal errors for bsod with code like 0x000000A.
