Hi everyone,
I'm watching the forum long time as unregistered user. So now my first post is true when the rough came up. As mentioned in the title I'm experiencing unexpected reboots and sometimes BSODs.
More details about my new (1week old) system

Mobo: GA 890GPA-UDH3
VGA: On board ATI4290 +128GB DDR3 sideport memory
CPU: PhenomII X4 965 BE 3,4 GHz
Memory: Corsair Kit 2x2GB CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 DDR3 1600
PSU: CoolerMaster RealPower620W
HDD1: WD640 SATAIII
Keyboard/Mouse Microsoft wireless desktop 5000

Last week I installed my new components build up the pc and install a fresh new W7 Ultimate 64bit. After OS I installed gigabyte drivers. In the mean time windows update took place. so may be some drivers were already installed from windows update. Afterwards I installed AVASt home antivirus.

Later I experienced my first reboot, one hour after a BSOD and so on...
For the record there were no overclocking setting
After reading some related posts I did the following:

1. Manual setting for the memory timings 9-9-9-9-24 and voltage 1,65V as stated from corsair
2. BIOS update
3. Uninstall AVAST / install Microsoft Essentials
4. Download latest drivers from gigabyte and install them.

Still facing the same at least one reboot or BSOD daily. It is random and not after specific software/application excecution.

Finally I downloaded autoruns+Windows7&Vista and collected related files as suggested in other thread.

I had a business trip so i didnt spent more time to investigate the issue.

I would appreciate if you could give me a hint

Thanks in advance

I had my eye on that driver before...

I am unfamiliar with it. It appears to be a driver for Fritzbox, which I see you have installed.

I have never heard of it before, but it seems to be your router/hub.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FRITZ!Box

Try removing the software for it. You should not need it to connect to the internet. Just uninstall Fritzbox in Programs and Features.

Go ahead and disable driver verifier now, if you haven't done so already.

If you get more BSODs, please follow our BSOD sticky again: https://www.techsupportforum.com/f217...ns-452654.html
