OS: win vista, service pack 2

OS is Windows 7, 64-bit
Windows 7 was the first OS installed
The OS came reloaded
The system was purchased Dec. 26, 2010
The OS has not been re-installed
CPU is AMD Athlon II X3 435 Processor 2.90 Ghz
Video card is NVIDIA GeForce 9200
I'm unsure on the motherboard. I downloaded a diagnostic tool and "Motherboard" came up as unknown.
The power supply is 220w, not sure about the brand.

Hello and welcome to TSF.

It looks like K9 Web Protection is causing issues. Uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials: www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Let us know if BSODs persist. Good luck.
