Here is my HJT log file, I've already "cleaned" this machine with the latest versions of Adaware, SpyBot and McAfee 8.0. If I can't get this working by Mon. I will HAVE to reimage, oh yeah I'll be out of town for the weekend but will be back early Monday morning so if you don't hear back from me that is why. Thanks for your help. I uninstalled SP2 to try to speed it up-didn't work. Logfile was done in safe mode if that makes a difference, couldn't get HJT to run from a normal boot. When looking at task manager there are no programs running, processor is idling, and there really aren't any obvious processes running that shouldn't be.

Give us a log in normal mode so we can see what programs are running.
