Hi,

Please do the following

Refer to the ComboFix User's Guide
  1. Download ComboFix from one of these locations:

    Link 1
    Link 2

    * IMPORTANT !!! Place ComboFix.exe on your Desktop
  2. Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with ComboFix.

You can get help on disabling your protection programs here
  3. Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  4. Your desktop may go blank. This is normal. It will return when ComboFix is done. ComboFix may reboot your machine. This is normal.
  5. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  6. Ensure your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications are re-enabled.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi

Please delete the copy of ComboFix that you have on your desktop and download a fresh copy

now boot into safe mode and run it from safe mode

Upon reboot > tap F8 repeatedly until an option menu appears > arrow up to safe mode

Try saving it directly to your c:\ drive and try it again

If it still wont run, try this program:
  • Download OTL and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the icon to run it.
  • Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt.
Note:These logs can be located in the OTL. folder on you C:\ drive if they fail to open automatically.
    • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. You may need two posts to fit them both in.

Hi

Please do the following:

Run OTL.exe
  • Copy/paste the following text written inside of the code box into the Custom Scans/Fixes box located at the bottom of OTL

    Code:
    :OTL
    DRV:64bit: - File not found [Kernel | System | Stopped] -- C:\Windows\SysNative\drivers\kfuljtvh.sys -- (kfuljtvh)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - No CLSID value found.
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - No CLSID value found.
    O3 - HKCU\..\Toolbar\WebBrowser: (no name) - {604BC32A-9680-40D1-9AC6-E06B23A1BA4C} - No CLSID value found.
    O4 - HKLM..\Run: [] File not found

    :Files
    ipconfig /flushdns /c

    :Commands
    [resethosts]
    [emptyflash]
    [purity]
    [emptytemp]
    [Reboot]
  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot when it is done
  • Then post the OTL log

NEXT
  • Please open your MalwareBytes AntiMalware Program
  • Click the Update Tab and search for updates
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- very important
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Hi

Please do the following:

Visit ADOBEand download the latest version of Acrobat Reader (version X)

Hi

download Microsoft Security Essentials, it's excellent and free

https://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

From what I can find out, HP Advisor is a particularly buggy program and is non essential, you may find something useful here:

https://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...reg_R1002_USEN

NEXT

run the following:

Press Start > Computer > right click the local drive (usually c:\ ) > properties

Now click the Tools menu > Check Now under the error-checking section:

check the "automatically fix file system errors" box now click Start:

you will receive a message asking if you wish to schedule a scan as the drive is in use > Accept this and reboot the PC.

Let me know how that goes
