Hello, I have recently experienced a 1-2 minute delay on startup while my computer is loading personal settings. It does it on every user. The problem seemed to have started when I downloaded the latest LIVEUPDATES from Norton. Once the computer is booted, I don't seem to have any problems with slowness. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately due to the limited troubleshooting materials Symantec posts regarding their products, we recommend that users having an issue with Norton or other Symantec products contact them directly.

Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion. I figured the problem out on my own. It ended up being the Bonjour software that was installed unknowingly by some Kodac software that was not uninstalled with by the main product. Thanks, again, for your reply

Thank you for the information. We will keep our eyes peeled for that software in the future!
