Unfortunately, it's still slow:(

Hi BraunR,

Please boot to Safe Mode with Networking and let me know if the computer performance has improved:
  • Click on the Start button, then the Power icon.
  • Hold down the Shift key and select Restart.
  • Your computer will restart, and a screen titled Choose an Option will appear.
  • Click on Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Start-up Settings.
  • On the Start-up Settings window, click Restart.
  • Your computer will restart. A list of options will appear. Select 5 or F5 to boot to Safe Mode with Networking.
