My PC was homebuilt and is now 5+ years old and needs upgrading, but my spouse's pc is even older and needs it more. So, I was thinking I would move my Asrock X99 Extreme 6 mobo, I-7 5930 Haswell E, 16 GB ram and GTX 1070 TI along with the Corsair H110R into the Antec 1200 full tower with the 1000W power supply.

I've taken a look at the manual of the Antec full tower and it looks to me like there would be plenty of room for my cast-off hardware and breathe a good bit of life into a PC that is only used for email and web surfing. I don't really know what to look for as far as the limitations of the older full tower though. Perhaps someone could give me some tips as to what to look for.

Since your Antec 1200 tower is compatible with Micro ATX / ATX / Mini-ITX motherboards, your Asrock X99 Extreme6 ATX motherboard should fit.
