Volume/Mute Button

To increase the volume, press the volume button up (down if wearing headset on your left ear). To decrease the volume press the volume button down (up if wearing the headset on your left ear). To mute/un-mute the headset, push in the volume/mute button.

Call Button

To place, answer, or end a call, briefly press the call button. Headset Indicator Light Flashes white when in use.

the controls you list are on the wireless headset (see attached)
There is also a panel that opens on the side of the base that has Speaker Volume and Mic Volume (see attached)
