So about a month ago I bought a new headset from Turtle Beach, the Stealth 450 Gaming. Since about yesterday my volume adjuster on my headset wouldn't work. When I put it all the way down I could still hear the same level of volume I could when it was up. The only way to change volume now is by doing it via the laptop instead of headset. I am not sure what caused this or how to fix it at all.

Hey, thank you for the reply. I will try to contact turtle beach about it and see if they have a fix. If they don't and I just start getting annoyed about it I will replace it. Anyway, thank you.

I think you have to go to the shop or write to on-line shop where you have bought it. Maybe they can repair it
