Hi,
My Lenovo Model 2151 has no sound after an auto update of windows 8.1. The bottom left hand corner of the screen shows an "x" on the sound icon.
Tried the Troubleshoot and received "Problem with Bluetooth Audio Device".
Tried to re-install driver and received "Bluetooth Audio Device has a driver problem. Would appreciate help to resolve this problem please. Thanks.
Regards,

What update was installed via Windows Update?

Sounds like the previous driver was uninstalled.

Reinstall the driver from the manufacturer, then hide the update if it returns in Windows Updates.

Try a restore point before the update

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the tips. I have tried restore point but it didn't do any good in fact I couldn't activate any of the functions in the control panel.
Don't know what the update was about. The problem is now resolved as I did a computer refresh and it is now working. Thanks again for your replies.
