Ports not working!

Hello,

My front mic and speaker ports are not working.

Also when I put my mic in rear port it doesnt show up!
But my rear speaker port is fine!

I dont know if the problem is of hardware or software or my devices

Help

My System


The front speaker and microphone jacks must be connected to your motherboard by a H_AUDIO header. It will a cable that runs from the front of your case and connects to the bottom of the motherboard. Ensure that it has not come out or loose.

As for the rear ports, what color port are you connecting your microphone to?
