The front speaker and microphone jacks must be connected to your motherboard by a H_AUDIO header. It will a cable that runs from the front of your case and connects to the bottom of the motherboard. Ensure that it has not come out or loose.
As for the rear ports, what color port are you connecting your microphone to?

[SOLVED] USB ports aren't working. Only two out of six of my USB ports were working properly. I spoke to someone about this and they advised me to uninstall them in the Control Panel and then they would work.
