This is a recording of the sound that plays from my laptop speakers and headphones.

Specs - MSI GT60
i7 3630QM
GTX675M/ 2GB GDDR5
16GB ram 4x4
Sound - Realtek HD Version 6.0.1.6549 / DirectX 11 / Codec ALC892

I have reinstalled Realtek driver and played with basic sound settings with no luck.

Help would be much appreciated ;)

Can you upload that sound file to YouTube or directly here to the forum? Clicking and downloading from unknown links is not recommended.

If you're having issues with the speakers and headphones, its more than likely an issue with the driver.
