Hi,

I recently bought a new pair of razor kraken headphones but when I plug them into my computer there is a constant beep which is quite loud and annoying :(

I use a HP pavilion laptop with windows 10 and I have a realteck soundcard
I already tried uninstalling and re-installing my soundcard driver but this doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi and Welcome to TSF!

Does the same problem happen when using the headphones with a different device? If so, I would say that the headphones should be warrantied.
