Hi and Welcome to TSF!

Is there any sound management software installed on the PC?

Try and reinstalling the PC sound driver.

Try putting the headphones on, then swapping them left to right.
If it is still louder on the right, it is your hearing, not the headphones.
Just a thought.

it is no thought :) they are quiter for perfect 50% i checked it very clearly by playing sound only from one headphones at once. i thought there coudl be something wrong with the plug hole(dont know the right name of it) for example when they are plugged halfway only left ear is playing. but its playing 100% loud. when i fully insert it thats when the volume change. faulty plug would make sense if the left ear havent played at all when fully inserted. but im rly confused about this

Shine a flash light into the headphone jack, do you see any dust or marks on the connectors?
