Well how do I start this... the problem that I've got is that when I plug my sound system to my computer via a cable RCA to 3.5 mm (the length of the cable is 3 m) the speakers sound quiet not as good when I plug my USB device to the main device...

anybody know what can I do to fix this?

I would appreciate it

Which output are you using from the computer?

Most only have the primary speaker output (green port - front left/right) and that output is affected by the volume control. Be very careful with turning the volume up as you can overload the input.

Gigabit ethernet daft newbie question!
Actually I've got two questions and will try and explain as best as possible. I have a NAS drive that has a gigabit ethernet port. If this gets plugged into a switch that is only 10/100 I assume I'm likely to lose potential performance compared to plugging into a switch that supports...
