Question

Hi.

I have a little problem with some flash game that Im trying to play.
When running the flash game from internet explorer with the browser box slightly reduced in size on my overlayed on my desktop, the game have stuttering. It also does in full size.
But when I have a fullscreen program, in my case a utility tool window from TuneUp Utilities 2013, the game doesnt lagg at all.
So this tool is covering all the background full windowed and the browser window with the game is placed over it.
Now it runs smoothly but reactions are a bit delayed. In this game you need the best performance to play it good so just that little delay of reaction cause trouble.

I have tried other browsers such as google chrome, firefox, opera and more.
Chrome and firefox is impossible because they use too much energy and the game is completly unplayable. Opera is great but it has a slight delay.
So Internet explorer is probably the best for me.

Specs:
OS: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce 7300 se/7200 gs
CPU: Pentium D 2x 3.00 Ghz
4 GB ram

Desktop settings are put on 16 bit with no background picture.
PC is optimized to its limits, you can tell that from the 16.3 GB/250 GB of HDD.

I have reinstalled flash player from the root, I clean and optimize the PC everyday.

Thanks in advance

Slow Flash Games
