I have been playing a multi-user game on a large commercial browser based game site for over a year. A few months ago a number of the players (but not the majority) began experiencng serious latency or slowdown problems in the evening when the number of users was higher. The strange part was we discovered this was only affectiing users who had a particular ISP. This is a very well known ISP (one of the BIG companiies). after several months of troubleshooting with both the software company providing the game and the ISP running the usual diagnostics on their end and having the users run diagnostics on our end, both tech support teams have thrown up their hands. The problem does not even affect Users with the same ISP that have accounts for the same game on European servers.

The slowdown, on most days, is so bad that after 6 0r 7 pm we cannot even get the games entry/login website to load. After midnight the problems disappear until the next afternoon/eveniing.

Can anyone help?
