Hey guys, Luka here. After installing the new Service pack my sound stopped working(Realtek HD Audio) and it doesn't show up as a tray icon anymore. I've tryed to re-install the drivers but no sucess :(

My installshield is also screwing up at computer startup(Error 5#). It really drives me mad and i want to reset my whole system and re-install my Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.

How to clean your hard drive before the reset? And how should I do step for step?

THANKS ALOT
