I'm using Vista Home Premium and automatic updates notify me that there is a new update and I downloaded and installed it and once it is done, I restarted my pc and continue doing my work after a couple of hours I tried playing an online game but can't launch it. I have slower patch downloads and after few seconds it will stop downloading patches and repeat the download from the start. I tried it in WarRock and FreeStyle Street Basketball. Help me plsss..

Welcome to TSF

SP2 is still buggy, try removing the service pack and revert back to SP1.

Yes its safe to remove, at least until Microsoft works the bugs out. As long as you have good security programs on your system, are a safe surfer then I dont see the problem with removing.
