unexpected reboots

I have a problem, my PC dont work normally, I reinstal Windows because he restart from him self several times till he start up, but now he do it again. I test RAM, try stability test everthing is super acept when I whant to turn him on he make problems. Can someone tell me what to do more??????
I have instal Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Before installing Windows 7 did you check that all the hardware was compatible by running the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor here? : Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - Download - Microsoft Windows

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
model
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them

you have not said what exactly what is happening.what the problem is

are you seeing error screens

is the unexpected restart the only symptom
