If the three finger salute doesn't work, go into the bios and reset to original config.

Do you see any error messages in the insydeh20 setup utility? Are your trying to Flash the Bios or are you doing a diagnostic on your system? Where is it stopping? What was the reason for running it?
As Corday said, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL should take you out of the utility and restart the system.
