Question

Recently I've had an issue with my windows personalization settings. I can change the wallpaper and theme color but the settings do not appear changed.
It always shows the default wallpaper and color no matter what making it
impossible to save themes. It didn't always do this and its pretty annoying
couldn't find a solution anywhere seems like something that would be simple to
fix but it's beyond me. Thanks. -VM
