Hallo there,
I am having the following blue screen problem with a newly installed window 7 version:

My system:
loaded with Windows 7 professional, 32x
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3800+ 2.41 GHz
GeForce 7800 GT video card

The details I got after the BSOD are as follows:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
Local-ID: 1031

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 19
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 84837600
BCP3: 84837608
BCP4: 84837600
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\121911-22546-01.dmp
C:\Users\Tassilo\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-48109-0.sysdata.xml

Since reading another thread with similar problems, I will add the minidump files with paperclip.

Hope you can help me in solving this. Looking forwards to hear from you,

kind regards

There are numerous reasons for the error 19 but these errors can relate to hard drive faults. I would first check your hard drive with the manufacturers diagnostics.

Thanks, but I did that already, any other conclusions?
Would appreciate if you could find out what causes the blue screen. Is it a driver problem?
kind regards olissat
