Please give as many details as possible.
When did this start? Did you install something or was there an Update? Why do you think it has a virus? Has the computer been running slow?
If the hardware is in good shape, and your data is backed up, you try resetting to Factory Defaults https://laptoplex.com/how-to-factory...amsung-laptop/

If you can't boot to Windows or Safe Mode and Recovery doesn't work, then on a working computer download Kyhi's Rescue Boot Disk ISO, burn it to a USB Flash Drive with Rufus, in my signature.
Boot the troubled computer with the Rescue Boot Flash It will boot a virtual desktop and one of the Apps is HD Tune. Start this and go to the Error Scan tab and do a full Error Scan not quick. This will take a long time. If all of the blocks are Green, the HDD is healthy, if any of the blocks are RED, that drive is beginning to fail and needs to be replaced. If you start it and immediately get RED blocks, there is no need to finish the test, just replace the drive.

Restart the computer with the Flash Drive in, press F10 repeatedly at the Samsung Splash screen. Go to the Boot Menu. Move the Flash Drive to First Boot device. Save and Exit.
