This problem applies to most games I play, and my cooler would start to run very loudly too whenever this happens.

This is my computer specs it should be enough to run games like this smoothly but it started to use alot of memory a few months ago.

Machine name: KANRA-PC
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: INTEL_
System Model: DX58SO__
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 3072MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3060MB RAM
Page File: 2100MB used, 4019MB available
Windows Dir: I:\Windows
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)

If you might know anything about this, please help.

It looks like the OP has 4 GB of RAM. Part of it is supporting the Video RAM.
However, it sounds like your laptop is overheating. Be sure to blow out all fans with a can of compressed air. You may need to open the laptop up and clean the CPU fan, maybe reapply thermal gel between the processor and the fan.
