So i recently installed a fresh version of windows 7, but whenever i restart my computer it asks if i want to run:

Windows 7

So far I have always chosen the first one and it has worked fine. But how do i make it automatically choose the first one, and what is the second one?
Thanks for any input

cheers,

My System

When you installed the Fresh Version of Windows 7, you did not Format the drive before installing, so the old Windows 7 is still there. You can browse to C:\Windows.old and copy any files you want to save to the existing edition of Windows 7. Then as yvesj said, use EasyBCD to remove the earlier version of Windows 7 from the Boot menu. Once that is removed, you can delete the Windows.old file to regain some space.
