recently i have installed windows 7 and getting this message whenever im booting

Windows Failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cuase

File: \$LDR$
Status: 0xc000000F
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

I have tried to repair with my windows 7 CD but no success. Can some one help me?


P.S - could this error be something with language pack? because i installed and using korean language pack although i often get broken korean letters.

My System


Boot off of the Windows DVD and get to the Recovery Console. Here type chkdsk /R and press enter. The Check Disk utility will try and fix any file errors.

I don't really understand fix any file errors. I mean how am I suppose to know which files has a error or not? Um not a pc pro. >':
