Or Remove drive from the computer and attach it to another computer as a secondary drive with a different SATA cable. If it acts the same, it is a bad drive.
On either computer, with the drive attached, with a fresh SATA cable, and a different Power plug, plugged into a different SATA port on the motherboard, boot into Setup (Bios) under System Information, it lists all your drives, does it list this one? If not, the drive has failed.
