I was installing Windows Vista Home Premium 64 on my new computer I just built and it was going great until the power somehow switched off and my computer shut down. I turned it back on and it said "Windows had to restart and is unable to continue installing. Please restart computer to reinstall..." Something like that. So I clicked ok and it restarted and went right back to that screen...over and over. Can i wipe my hard drive clean or something like that?
Thanks in advance

Try using something like DBAN or Killdisk to wipe everything off your hard-drive and start over.

If that doesn't work, go to your hard-drive manufacturer's website and download their diagnostic tools.

Yes. Make sure you use the download suitable for CD/DVD media and use ImgBurn to put it on to the CD/DVD. You can't just drag it to the CD directory and burn because it needs to be bootable.
