Hello, I have just recently built myself a new gaming pc and I am having problems with it. Sorry If this is posted in the wrong place, but to be honest i'm really not sure what the problem is, but I have a suspision that it is the ram. The strange thing is that I haven't done anything with it yet; Overclocking, modifying, none of it. Here's what I built:

Q6700 2.66ghz
XFX 680i LT SLI
OCZ SLI ready edition pc-6400
BFG 8800gtx 512
500 GB Seagate Barracuda SATA II 7200.11
Ultra 550w PSU

Here's my problem;
I recieve the parts in the mail.
I build the computer. (nothing else i.e. no OC)
I throw xp pro onto it, It works great in the beginning but then it freezes, over and over and over. I say, hmmm driver issues. Install Vista 32 over it, update drivers so everything works correctly. (many many times over again because of chronic freezing.) So, I go online and search around and read many blogs about people having problems with the E.P.P. feature and that they simply had to disable it to regain full function back from their ram. So I try it. Nothing. Then I thought that the latencys might be too low i raised them gradually and it did seem to change how fast the pc froze but not by much. So I turned the voltage up to 2.1 volts. this seemed to help a decent amount. I could now get through a full 5 minutes of daily computering without the stupid thing freezing on me. But, 5 minutes isn't enough to get 4 hours worth of hard core gaming done. So anyway this gave me an oppertunity to install one of those cpu + ram monitors on the side bar and I observed that the ram usaully stays constant before a freeze up. It's the processor which acts up. If i execute even a slight ly strenuous command, i. e. internet explorer, the processor bar goes to about 50% for all cores, then to zero without opening internet explorer for a bout 5 seconds while i still have mouse movement then the thing freezes up. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
