Currently I'm using a 64 bit version of Vista and this motherboard:

https://www.medionsupport.com/files/8828/manual/7502.pdf

I'm wondering if I buy 4x Kingston 1GB DDR2 800Mhz ram. (https://www.genesis.nl/Geheugen/Kings...2-800-CL6.html)
it will run smoothly and does it even fit into my Motherboard ??

If you think this isn't a wise desiscion could you advice me 4GB of ram ? Or should I better buy 2x 2GB. ?

Thank you.

P.S.: Might be considering a new CPU tho, just wondering if I can use the Intel Core2Duo E8*** CPU's. Currently using a E6750. thanks.

According to this page at Crucial.com: https://www.crucial.com/store/listpar...%20Motherboard)
You can use a maximum of 2 gB per slot, and an overall total of 8gB for the board
Using DDR2 PC2-6400, DDR2 PC2-8500, or DDR2 PC2-5300
NOTE: Although the memory can be installed one module at a time, the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.

If you want only 4 gB, I'd suggest 2x2gB - that way you can expand later on if you want to.
