power supply for evga 8800gt ultra 768 mb

my computer configuration as per
processor-intel pentium d 3.0 ghz
motherboard- intel d95 gccr
ram- kingston 2x2gb
dvd drive- lg dvdr/rw
harddisk- 1. seagate sata 250gb
2. seagate sata 1tb
power supply- i-ball lpe223-400
(this power supply does not have pci-e 6 pin for gpu)

i recently bought the graphic card- evga 8800gt ultra
but when i plugged . there is no out put on monitor
not even the intel logo page
i checked my bios for PCI_E enabled
and also connected monitor pin to graphic card
what could be the problem
and also suggest what power supply i go for

seasonic S12II-620w
seasonic S12II-520w
crosair gs 600w
crosair gs 500w
crosair hx 650w
corsair tx650w
corsair tx750w
I-ball stallion 600w
what power supply could be sufficient or what could be ok or what could be best also mention the price
my budgjet is 6000/-RS
i am thinking about seasonic S12II-620w or corsair gs 600

I assume the PC is OK if the new GPU is not installed?
I would want 650W minimum.
All SeaSonic- All XFX- Most Corsair (not the CX-GS-M Series) are top quality.
