Is the psu to blame?

I'm getting random stop errors/blanks screens while running some pretty basic games, wondering if its caused by the psu. Originaly thought perhaps the card was overheating, as that is the usual culprit for such problems, but it seems the freezing it not related to the temp on the gpu. Also for the first time my screen went black while just running normal apps. Other strange thing is, only the 2 displays connected to main pci-e card goes blank, other 2 stay up but system is frozen...

anyhow my specs (note system is pretty new, cheapo from ebay)
Coolmaster 350watt psu
64 x2 4000+
ati hd2400pro (with fan)
1 ide hdd
+ an older fx5200 pci graphics card

volts from speedfan

+3.3v: 3.28v -12v: -12.36v
+5v: 4.81v +5v: 4.87v
+12v: 12.42v Vbat: 3.09v

If it does appear to be the fault of the psu, what sort of wattage would one recomend, not planning to upgrade this system at all and I'm looking to spend the least amount possible

thanks in advance
