Hello to everyone reading this. I'm new here and what i wanted to ask is if the problem is fixed? i've been having problems for 1/2 year now.

crashes
sound stuck in loop
a few blue screens (altough really rare as screen either freezes or turns black.)

The crashes most often occur when streaming videos and sometimes playing games.

Only thing i've been able to do is choke the computer by holding down the power button, i've left it at the store we're i bought it 5 times. they couldn't find any problems but they finally gave me a new one, i upgraded it to a later model and the problems are still there!

i currently have

Packard bell
Ixtreme M5140
AMD Phenom II X6 1035T processor 2.60 GHz
6 Gb Ram
Nvidia 330Gt

i've been looking on forums and posts all over but this is the first time i've registered to ask for help.

if there's anyone able to make time to help me, or already know the problem id really appreciate it!

Thanks for reading this :)

Thanks for the reply Dai! I feel like a total dufus atm.

do i need to open up the chassi to check my power supply or is there a program i can download that gives me my computers setup?

By the way my computer has been on almost the whole day now and my computer just crashed when i started it up again i went into the bios to check the tempartures for you, dunno if that's enough but here goes

CPU Temperature: 33 celsius/ 88 Farenheit

System Temperature: 45 celsius/ 115 farenheit

dunno what the diffrence betwen the two are but that's the info i got

please tell me what to do and i'll do it :)

thanks again :)
