Good day!

I already sold my FSP Aurum 500 80+ Gold (Non-Modular) 500W Power Supply for $30. Now I don't know which is better between these two power supplies for my desktop. Should I go with CoolerMaster MWE Gold or Seasonic M12II, both are fully modular power supplies.

Should I add EVGA 650 B3 650W 80PLUSŪ-Bronze APFC on the line-up?

Of the two, I'd go for the Gold - the CM in part because it has a 2 year warranty while the Bronze SS only has 1 year.

That said, my go-to supplies lately have been EVGA Gold.

Sir, thank you for the reply. I purchased the FSP Hydro G 750W 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular, for this is the only stock available in my area, and it cost me $150.00.

Over the three mentioned above sir, will the FSP Hydro G the best buy? I see that the 850W model of FSP Hydro G is listed on Tier A, will that covers the 750W model?

Best buy? I doubt it. $150 seems a bit high - but to be fair, I don't know how prices go in the Philippines.

But if we are talking about the components listed in your system specs, a 550 - 600W supply would have been plenty big for you. 650W would have left you a nice bit of headroom. So with that 750W PSU, you bought bigger than you need.

With a quality 80 PLUS Gold supply, buying too big does not hurt anything but your wallet. And buying bigger than you need often results in quieter operation as the fan does not need to work as often or spin as fast as a smaller PSU. And that does appear to be a good supply.

So it was not a "bad" buy and for sure, 750W should support just about any future upgrade you might consider.

I just bought a New 1050W Quiet Fan SATA 12V PCI-E ATX Power Supply

My current 1050W works just fine. And it is way under 150.00 at 60.00US.

I wouldn't swap my 6yo 360W PSU for that PSU -shaped object.

I wish you luck friend. From what I know, Quiet Fan SATA is the best brand PSU!!!
