I would not fall into that trap of running this free test and then having to buy a program to "fix" your problems which may or may not be real. These programs as a rule are nothing but a scam to get you to purchase a program. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of them out there and most are all the same. They seem to "invent" problems to get you to purchase the 'quick" fix by their program.

What problems are you having with the rig? That question should tell you if you have computer problems.

Actually, This is an official GeekSquad Disc.
I Go to computer system technology classes in high skool, taught by a teacher who is a genius at this stuff, we got a test every week.
etc, etc.

he uses this stuff too, i dont want brag and stuff, or keep talkin.

but i got a laptop, no hdd, so gonna buy one probably friday.

so im checking if there are other things wrong (hardware)
so i can buy it together, etc.

but is this something to worry about?

My personal opinion is that I would not worry about something that is found by a program like you mentioned. Oh, good luck on your class, hope it goes well for you.
