Excuse me but if not write properly and use a translator in romania.
To determine if the hard drive is the cause (eg a failing drive) you can test it with DOS diagnostic software supplied by the drive manufacturer, which in your case is Western Digital. Go here: WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD VelociRaptor
You'll need to make a CD from the downloaded ISO file, then boot your faulty PC from that CD to test the drive. If you don't have any software for burning ISO files to CD, use this: The Official ImgBurn Website
Now I put to make recommended test program. Meanwhile I put two photos from tests with HD Tune. He found 2 bad but do not know if they can fix. Reviews? Works best speeds?
I tried the program from Western Digital hard drive but my scans and to repair defects when I get an error. And not do anything: |
Other suggestions please?
Thank you.
If the drive is under warranty, you can request an RMA and they'll replace it. If not, then I guess you need to come out of pocket. Either way the drive needs to be replaced. There's no way to repair bad sectors and it will just get worse over time.
