SSD: Best bang for my buck

So I'm a bit interested in getting an ssd for my boot drive, and I'm just wondering what would be the very best value for my money..

I'm looking at three options

Newegg.com - Kingston SSDNow mS100 SMS100S2/64G mSATA 64GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
This is only SATA2, though.. The only real reason I'm interested in it is because my board has a slot for mSATA. Thats it. And because it is only SATA2, I'm really thinking it isn't worth it to say "I have a hdd on my board"

Newegg.com - Corsair Force Series 3 CSSD-F60GB3A-BK 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Same price, same size, SATA3

Newegg.com - Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F60GBGT-BK 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$30 more, same size, SATA3, but faster, according to a benchmark

So I'm torn. Would the added performance between #2 and #3 be worth the additional money?
