Where are you seeing the temperature for the drive the drive does not have a sensor for it
Are you sure that drive is running at 128 degrees C not 128 degrees F ?
because if it is F then its running at 53.3 C which can be high normal for the drive

Probably a false reading. 128C is the default for when the monitoring software can't detect any readings from the temperature sensors.
Also, your +12V reading is 8.10V in HWMonitor and 10.38V in SpeedFan. Both are false readings. The computer wouldn't be able to boot if the +12V was really that low.
Check the temps/volts in BIOS for more accurate numbers.
As mentioned above, the values reported for SSD temps should be ignored, as it's not being reported correctly. Some software also display 0 C, which is equally incorrect.
