Hi, I recently replaced my old internal WD 320g Hard drive with a new one because the it has been failing (OS files always gets corrupted even after reformatting several times). Now, I just want to ask if I can use a sata to usb cable to plug in my old HDD to my computer so that I can recover my old files using a recovery software. I just want to know if I still need to do more other steps to recover my files from the HDD or do I just plug it in and then use a recovery software?
Here is the sata to usb cable I am gonna use:
CDR KING
Thanks in advance
