The raid controller failed is it possible to move one of the drives to read on another regular windows as a secondary?

In brief, for-not-mirrors, each disk from the RAID has to be imaged into a file, then a virtual RAID has to be created from those images in special RAID recovery software, and files can be read from such RAID. All that requires a lot of disk space and some basic knowledge about RAIDs.
