I have the Lacie Hard Disk Sleek black design USB 2.0 - 750 GB
Have been taking backup for a few months and it used to work perfectly fine.
Now when I took the backup after creating a folder, I got the message after a few hours that backup successfully completed with usual minor errors in 'Not able to copy' certain files (as always). But when I go into the folder I created, am not able to see any files. Even then if I right click and check the properties, it says the folder contains 30+GB of data. But am not able to see any files. Also on right click I dont see any read-only or 'hidden' checkboxes selected.
I went back to some of the old backups and a few backup folders show nothing init, but again the properties show that it contains data. But 50% of the rest of the folder under root shows subfolders and the files (those all are perfectly fine).
I ran antivirus(Norton), malwarebytes, superantivirus, but dint find anything.
Can you please help me, this contains my several years data... Keenly waiting for an update/resolution from your team. Thanks a lot in advance.
