If you are posting the log from Crystal Disk Info, just post the screenshot.
Are there any yellow Caution icons? if so, it is beginning to fail. It may last a long time or it could fail at any time. So, always keep a current backup and replace as soon as you can.

This disk has a little more life in it, but I would not trust if as a Windows Disk, Be sure to backup any files you want to keep on this drive.
Run Check Disk on the drive. Go to Start/Search and type CMD, right click the CMD results and Run As Administrator. In the Elevated Command Prompt type chkdsk /R and press enter. Now type a Y for yes and restart the computer. Check Disk will go thru 5 stages and take a long time. Check Disk will identify the Bad Sectors and mark them as so, and not store data on them.Once completed, check with Crystal Disk Info again, if the Bad Sector count has gone up, then you know the drive is on it's way out, sooner then later.
