Hi, im new here. My computer recently shut down and refuses to boot. As far as I can tell, its a logical hard drive failure. Is there any way to restore the hard drive to the way it was before the crash?

Describe how it is failing on the boot, how far is it getting through the boot process, any blue screens? If it is a logical crash a repair install will probably take care of it. https://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

Tried repair install, did not work. Boot stops right before accessing user accounts and continues indefintely. No blue screens.
