Do it yourself = DIY that is what this forum is all about attempting to help others recover their data themselves if at ALL possible. Unfortunately dropping a drive damages it internally thus nothing you can do to resolve it. Send it to a pro for a quote on recovery.
You can remove the drive from the enclosure and attach it internally to one of the SATA ports. Or your can attach it to a USB Adapter. The logic board inside the enclosure may be the only damaged part. However, if the HDD doesn't spin up, then you know that it is also damaged.
