HI,
i have transcend 2tb external hdd , i have some files vanish issue ,
i am graphic designer when i work my home and save my file illustrator or etc in my
hardisk its open my office computer but when i create or new file in my office computer and open in my home computer its not open its show error and many time when i click on file its vanish what happen kindly help

OS: windows 10 Pro 64bit



what file type is it? does your home computer have the same programme to open the files? also if the drive formatted to ntfs or fat 32? what is the size of the file you are opening anything over 2gb on needs to be on nfts.

so saving to fat 32 might work but reading it might cause issues or errors.

Adding hard disk in system
