Hi,
I got the problem which my external hard disk cannot detect at all. All my important files in there. I already try to use another USB cable connected to my USB and also check in my disk management on my laptop, but still don't detect any new drive . Is it can recover my data from my external disk?.
Kindly anyone can help me.

If this drive has an optional Power Adapter, be sure you are using it and it is the right one that came with the drive, as this will cause that problem. Be sure you are plugging the power adapter into the Wall socket directly and not through a surge protector or extension cord as this might diminish the power. Be sure you are plugging the USB cable into the Back USB port of the computer and not the front or through a hub as these ports are weaker.
If all else fails, you can remove the HDD from the enclosure and attach it using a USB Adapter or another enclosure, as the logic board inside the enclosure you have may have failed.
