My computer HD recently crashed wiping out the entire disk along with any partitions, this included recovery as well as any other sort of factory included partitions as well. I'm trying to reinstall Windows 10, however i am unable to because the drive showing 0Bytes with HD installed. I followed a link Below for help but unfortunately I cannot select a partition to shrink since there is no partition or volume for me to shrink showing.

You can use diskpart's clean command to clear everything off of the drive.

The drive may have failed.
Boot off of the Windows installer. Select your language, then Custom Install. In Where to install Windows, if the drive is all Unallocated Space (ie) no partitions, click Next. Windows will create partitions, and format them during the Windows install.
If that fails, it is probably because the drive is starting to fail.
