I have a external hard drive that I have been using for over a year, and it's been working fine with my laptop using USB connection. But I can no longer see it in window explorer now. I can still see it in Device Manager, but I cannot see it under disk management.

I don't think I changed anything on my laptop, except the window update, but I also tried to do a window restore to before the update, and that didn't help. I also plugged my external hard drive into my brother's computer, and it doesn't show in window explorer on his computer either. Help please!

I cannot see the drive in Disk Management at all. I can only see it in Device Manager.
